The assessment for this paper will be based on two on-line tests (worth 30% each for a total of 60%), two short on-line quizzes (each worth 5% for a total of 10%), and two laboratory reports summarising the laboratory demonstrations (worth 15% each for a total of 30%). Make-up tests are not given except by arrangement with the lecturer prior to the test. There is no external examination for the paper and grades will be allocated in accordance with the standard University grading system. Students needing to request an extension of time for any piece of assessment must do so on the School of Psychology’s Extension Request Form, before the due date.

The on-line tests will be held on-line during the class meeting times. These are "power tests" with a limited amount of time available to complete them. The on-line quizzes can be completed any time during the week they are assigned. The laboratory reports should be submitted via the Moodle web page through the Turnitin software.
